For the last year my husband, Simon, has been training hard and losing a few
extra kilos to get ready to do a huge 340-mile bike ride across Norway — all
in ONE DAY!!
The ride is the annual one-day Trondheim to Oslo event (www.styrkeproven.no)
— this year on 19 June — and he’s doing it to raise money for Caris!! Yipeee!!
Simon is rather ambitiously hoping to raise £10,000 to help us with getting
a better website and helping us to staff Caris so that eventually we can
come out more often.
